Labor burden belongs in the quote

If you run payroll, burden includes employer tax, workers’ compensation, and related add-ons. If you are the crew, self-employment tax, insurance, and unpaid downtime still exist. Costing at take-home wage and ignoring the rest understates the job.

A 28% placeholder is not a tax return. It is a default so the first quote is not built on raw wage alone. Replace it when you have a number from payroll or an accountant.
